The Reception
Desk |
|

The receptionist, located in the main lobby, provides many services for residents. They include making dining room or courtesy car reservations, and helping with banking and mailing services. Guests are cheerfully greeted, then announced via the intercom.
Plum Landing offers a great complimentary service to all residents. Each morning and/or each evening the receptionist will call you via the intercom to make sure you are all right.
An on-site manager resides at Plum Landing. In addition, administrative and maintenance personnel are on-call 24 hours a day. |

Plum Landing has a well-deserved reputation for its pleasurable, "five-star" dining experience. Lunch and dinner are prepared in our kitchen by our chefs and their experienced assistants. The hostess and wait staff provide attentive, courteous service to assure a pleasant dining experience for our residents and their guests. A complimentary lunch or dinner is available with your tour.

Transportation |

Plum Landing offers transportation via our courtesy car or bus Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Our driver will take you to your desired destination and pick you up when you are ready to return for a very reasonable charge. In addition, several complimentary shopping trips are offered each week. |

From Coffee Hour to Happy Hour, Plum Landing offers a wide selection of social opportunities. Residents enjoy cards, bingo, exercise class, going out to lunch, onsite entertainment, and much more. |

Housekeeping & Laundry |

Housekeeping and laundry service are available upon request for a very reasonable charge and can be scheduled on a regular basis. Our laundry room is available for residents who choose to do their own laundry. |

Maintenance |

Apartment maintenance is provided by our experienced staff and included in the monthly fee. A member of our maintenance staff is on call at all times in the event of an emergency. |

Illness & Nursing Assistance |

There may be times when you need personal assistance, due to illness, or perhaps after a hospitalization or surgery. Resident health and safety is important to us, therefore we have developed a relationship with Carlton Healthcare. |

Carlton Healthcare |

Carlton Healthcare is available to provide support services. They can provide assistance with medications, bathing and dressing, escorts to the dining room, or doctors appointments. Services can be contracted on a temporary or permanent basis. Both Medicare and private duty services are available. Call 630-232-6908 for a consultation.
