Plum Landing apartments are rented on a monthly
basis. The monthly fee is based on single occupancy.
A security deposit equal to one month's rent (less
the meal allowance) is required. This deposit
is fully refundable when thirty days notice to
leave is given, and the apartment is left in good
condition.
A $100 refundable initial deposit/application
fee will guarantee first right of refusal on a
specific apartment or place a persons name on
a waiting list.
The monthly fee includes:
- $330.00 meal allowance (representative of
15 lunches and 30 dinners)
- A comfortable, spacious studio, or one bedroom
apartment
- 24 Hour security
- Good Morning/ Good Night service
- Apartment maintenance
- Individually controlled heat
- Cooking gas
- Scheduled transportation
- Expanded cable service
- Private parking
Other services available for a reasonable charge:
- Chauffeured transportation
- Personal laundry and housekeeping
- Beauty and Barber Shop
Rates do not include applicable taxes.
Rates subject to change with 30-day notice.
Rent increases historically occur July 1.
