You’ve Got Questions, We’ve Got Answers

Who Should consider moving to Plum Landing?
Independent seniors, 55 and better, who would benefit from living in a community environment that offers restaurant style dining, transportation, an activity program, 24-hour security, laundry, housekeeping services, and much more.
What are the lease terms?

If you sign an annual contract, Plum Landing will guarantee your rate for as long as you live here, which means you will NEVER have a cost of living increase! For those on a fixed income, you know how big of a relief it is to know that your financial future is secure and you will be able to afford to live here for many years to come. If you should need to terminate your lease early, we just require a 60-day written notice.

Are there any entrance fees?

There are no entrance fees, but we do ask for a standard security deposit for each apartment rented.

What is included with my rent?
There are several services and amenities included in your rent, for a complete list please see the Amenities or Premier Living tabs.
Are my meals included?

There is a dining allowance that is included in the monthly rent. The allowance is representative of 15 lunches and 30 dinners. Meals consumed beyond the allowance are charged on the next month’s rent. Unused amounts are not refunded or carried over to the next month’s rent.

What kind of living arrangements do you offer?

We offer Independent Senior Living Apartments, that are available in studio and one bedroom layouts. Please see the apartments page for all of our floor plan options

Are pets allowed?

We do allow small cats and dogs, once it has been determined that the resident is fully able and willing to take full responsibility for caring for the animal.

What's the difference between Independent Living & Assisted Living?

Since Plum Landing is Independent Living, we do not have any nurses or CNA’s on staff. Residents are responsible for their own health. That being said however, you can hire your own home care service provider to come into your home and provide you with some additional services you might need, at an additional cost. We also have daily well-being checks, once in the morning and once at night.
